- 1 large package vanilla wafers
- 2 package crushed pecans
- 4 (1 lb) package cream cheese
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 (1 lb) boxes powdered sugar
- 1 quart strawberries and jell
- 1/3 stick oleo
- 1 tsp vanilla flavor
- Cool Whip
- Butter dish
- Crush vanilla wafers and spread
- Sprinkle crushed pecans over vanilla wafers
- Cream powdered sugar, cheese, yolks, and extract
- Spread over vanilla wafers and pecans
- Spread strawberry jell next and strawberries
- Repeat steps 2 through 6
- Spread with Cool Whip
- Sprinkle wafers and pecans over Cool Whip
- Garnish with strawberries
- Place in refrigerator
