- 2 cup cooked rice
- 2 package frozen broccoli, cooked
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz) jar Cheez Whiz®
Sauté onion and celery in butter. Stir in soup and Cheez Whiz®. Mix in rice and broccoli. Place in baking dish.
Bake at 350° until starting to brown on top, 20 to 25 minutes.
