Sweet Potato Casserole

  • 3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Combine all ingredients. Spoon into baking dish, well buttered. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes.


  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
