Crock-Pot Dr. Pepper Roast
- 1 pork roast
- 1 large onion
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 can of Dr. Pepper
- Cut the onion in chunks and add to bottom of crockpot.
- Put roast on top of onion and salt & pepper to your taste.
- Put brown sugar on top of roast.
- Pour the Dr. Pepper over the roast.
- Cook on low all night or all day.
- Shred the pork roast with 2 forks.
- Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce
