Spanish Corn

  • 1 (No. 303) can corn
  • 1 (No. 303) can tomatoes
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 1 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp minced onion
  • 1/2 lb grated American cheese
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients; pour into greased casserole dish.

Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.

Yields 6 servings.
