- 3 bunches of greens, washed
- 2 ham hocks
- 6 Tbsp bacon or fried meat grease
- Salt to taste (1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp)
Wash greens and place in pressure cooker. Add ham hocks, bacon grease and salt. Add about 2 to 3 inches water in bottom of cooker. Pressure cook for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on age of greens. After pressure is down, remove greens from cooker; drain and cut very fine. Serve.
