Mama Sue’s Southern Kitchen
PREP TIME: 8 MIN TOTAL TIME: 8 MIN
- 1 large bag (16 oz.) frozen green peas, thawed and drained
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup diced red onion (I used regular)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- *You may add bacon or other ingredients if you like
- In a large mixing bowl combine the peas, onions, cheese, and mayonnaise. Mix well.
- Season with salt & pepper and mix well.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
