3 1/2 cups Confectioners’ Sugar + more if frosting is too thin. I’ve used as much as 1/2 cup more
1/2 cup of Strawberries (Drain all the juice of the frosting will be runny)
Mix together and beat for about 2 minutes. Pour into 3 greased and floured pans and put in a preheated 350 oven for 26 minutes. Let cool completely before frosting.
Let cream cheese and butter sit on the counter until softened. Beat together. Gradually add your confectioners’ sugar and strawberries. Place one layer on serving plate and frost top. Add each layer frosting between each. Use remaining frosting to cover sides.
