Chicken Ravioli

  • 1 hen, cooked
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small can pimento
  • 3 package flat small egg noodles
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 lb grated Cheddar cheese

Chop deboned chicken. Dip fat into large skillet or Dutch oven and chopped onion and bell pepper; simmer until brown. Add pimento and soup. Use broth to cook noodles until done. Season. Put tomatoes with chopped chicken and other ingredients in large pot. Add cheese and simmer until cheese melts.

Serves 12.
