Chicken Casserole

  • 1 1/2 cup chicken, chopped
  • 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup pimiento
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Mix all together. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
