- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 Tbsp oil (in skillet)
- 3/4 jar Cheez Whiz®
- 1 (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Sauté onion in oil; add broccoli Cook until tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Add soup and Cheez Whiz®. Heat until creamy. Add milk to thin. Add chicken and season to taste.
Best served over cooked rice.
