Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp oil (in skillet)
  • 3/4 jar Cheez Whiz®
  • 1 (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Sauté onion in oil; add broccoli Cook until tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Add soup and Cheez Whiz®. Heat until creamy. Add milk to thin. Add chicken and season to taste.

Best served over cooked rice.
