- 2 packages frozen chopped broccoli
- 4 whole chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
- 1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Pet milk
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp curry powder
- Bread crumbs
Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well. Place in a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole; top with chicken. Combine remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs, stirring well. Spoon mixture over chicken; top with 1 cup buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
