- 1 lb hamburger meat
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can enchilada sauce (hot or mild)
- 1 package plain tortilla chips ($1.49 package – from 1985)
- 1 small can green chilies
- 1/2 lb cheese, grated
Cook hamburger meat, onions and green chilies until well done and drain. In separate bowl, mix soup, milk and enchilada sauce mixture and cheese.
Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.
