Green Chili Casserole

  • 8 tortillas (corn meal)
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 lb grated Velveeta® cheese
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can diced chilies
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can Pet® milk

Brown hamburger meat and onion; drain. Set aside. Heat cheese, milk and soup on low fire. After they are well blended, put green chilies in cheese mixture. Now layer tortilla shews, then meat mixture and then cheese mixture. Keep layering until gone, with cheese mixture on top.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
