  • 2 lb hamburger meat
  • 1 can drained Ranch Style beans
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • Flour tortillas
  • 2 cans Ro-Tel® tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Brown hamburger meat; drain well. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, 2 tablespoons chili powder and 1/2 teaspoon oregano. Line greased 9×13 inch baking dish with tortillas. Layer meat mixture, onion Ro-Tel® tomatoes and cheese. Add another layer of tortillas. Mix soup with Ro-Tel® tomatoes on tomatoes on this and top with cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour; remove foil and brown another 15 minutes.
