Mexican Casserole

Mattye Guice, Rocky Branch Elementary

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chopped chili peppers
  • 1 jar or can picante sauce
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 small bag Doritos®
  • 1 large grated onion

Cook ground beef and onion. Drain. Mix soup, tomato and picante sauce. Add to ground beef and onion. Place chips in bottom of pan, then place layers of chips and soup and ground beef. Place in oven until cheese melts
