Meat Loaf

  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 6 or 8 crackers, crumbled
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup milk

Mix all together well; form into loaves. Bake for about 45 minutes at 350° in a casserole dish with a lid.

Serve with tomato sauce topping.
