Saucy Little Meat Loaves

Mary Crain, Rocky Branch Elementary

  • 1 1/2 lb ground meat
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal (uncooked)
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 3/4 cup milk

Topping:

  • 1/3 cup catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar

Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into individual meat loaves in shallow baking pan,

For topping, combine all ingredients. Spread over top. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for about 35 minutes.
