Hamburger Riceago Casserole

  • 1 Tbsp margarine
  • 1 1/2 lb hamburger
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 (16 oz) can tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 3/4 cup grated cheese

Melt margarine and brown meat. Drain 3/4 liquid from meat. Add onions, pepper, salt, black pepper and Chili powder. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Mix in tomatoes and cooked rice. Pour into buttered dish; sprinkle with cheese and heat in 350° oven until bubbly.
