More Casserole

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans water
  • 1 lb macaroni

Brown beef, onions, bell pepper and celery together until meat is no longer pink. Add Salt and pepper to taste; drain off grease. Add soup and water to this and simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes. Cook macaroni according to directions on box, and drain. Add to meat mixture and top with one pound of shredded American cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.
