Pork Chop Casserole

  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups uncooked rice
  • 4 or 6 pork chops
  • 1 cup water

Mix onion soup mix and rice, then add mushroom soup and chicken soup; mix well. Add water. In a skillet, brown pork chops (floured); drain excess oil from pork chops, then lay on top of mixture.

Cook in oven 45 minutes at 375°.

Cook with top on.
