Tuna Casserole

  • 1 1/2 cup medium White Sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp pimento
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp chopped green pepper
  • 3 Tbsp margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups tuna, flaked

Combine White Sauce with pimento and pepper. Mix melted margarine with crumbs. Place alternate layers of fish and crumbs in greased pan. Pour White Sause over the top. Spread top with crumbs.

Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.

White Sauce:

  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 2 Tbsp margarine
  • 1 cup hot milk
