Green Rice

  • 2 cups Minute® rice
  • 2 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2/3 cup Wesson®oil
  • 1 small can Pet®milk
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Combine rice and boiling water and let stand for 15 minutes. Combine with all other ingredients. Pour in shallow greased dish and bake for 1 hour at 350°F.
