Liver and Onions

Lennie Smith, Lillie School

  • 1 lb calves liver
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can onion gravy
  • 2 Tbsp chili sauce

Brown liver in butter. Add gravy and chili sauce. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until tender.

Serves 2 to 3.
