Squirrel Mulligan

  • 2 cup cooking oil
  • 4 squirrels
  • 2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 4 lb potatoes, diced
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can lima beans
  • 1 cup rice
  • Black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Louisiana Hot Sauce®

Cook squirrel and debone. Mix in a large pot and cook. Add meat and simmer.
