- 2 small loaves French bread, sliced open
- 2 cup Mozzarella cheese (8 oz), grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup margarine (room temperature)
Blend together mayonnaise and margarine until smooth. Add garlic powder and mix well. Add remainder of ingredients, stirring by hand until well mixed. Spread on French bread and bake at 350° for 10 to15 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
