Banana Nut Bread

  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup mashed bananas
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Sift flour into a large mixing bowl. Add sugar, melted butter, eggs, bananas and walnuts. Mix thoroughly. Pour into well greased and floured pan.

Bake at 350° for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan and let cool.
