Jalapeno Bread

  • 2 cup corn bread mix
  • 3 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1/4 lb sharp cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk

Mix all ingredients and bake at 425° for 40 to 45 minutes.
