Jalapeno Bread

  • 2 cup corn meal
  • 1 cut flour
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp cooking oil
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 4 jalapeno peppers
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1/4 lb sharp cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk

Mix all ingredients and bake at 425° for 40 to 45 minutes. You can use corn bread mix and omit the first four ingredients.
