- 1 1/3 cup unbleached flour
- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 6 Tbsp oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in mixing bowl. Beat milk, eggs with oil in separate bowl. Combine liquid and dry ingredients just enough to moisten well. Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups.
Bake in 400° oven for 20 minutes.
