- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 (3 oz) package strawberry Jello®
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup pecans
Mix the cake mix and Jello®; beat in the oil, milk and 1 egg at a time. Add the strawberries, coconut and pecans.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Use 2 well greased pans .
Frosting
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 lb confectioners sugar
- 1/2 cup drained strawberries
- 1/2 cup coconut and pecans
Melt oleo. Add all other ingredients and spread over cake.
