Strawberry Pecan Cake

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 (3 oz) package strawberry Jello®
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup pecans

Mix the cake mix and Jello®; beat in the oil, milk and 1 egg at a time. Add the strawberries, coconut and pecans.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Use 2 well greased pans .

Frosting

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 lb confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 cup drained strawberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut and pecans

Melt oleo. Add all other ingredients and spread over cake.
