Apple Cake

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup Wesson® oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp soda
  • 1 can applesauce
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Combine sugar, oil, vanilla, eggs, lemon juice and salt. Beat well. Mix flour and soda; add to first mixture and beat. Add applesauce and pecans. Mix well. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325°F. in Bundt pan that has been greased and dusted with flour.
