Butter Cake

  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 cup sugar, sifted
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cup cake flour
  • 1 tsp flavoring
  • 1 tsp vanilla or coconut flavoring

Cream butter and sugar; then add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Add flavoring and flour using mixer until cake is ready for pan.

Bake in well greased and floured tube pan for 45 minutes at 375°.

Good.
