Fresh Apple Cake

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 3 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 cup finely chopped apples

Mix all ingredients together except apples and pecans. Mix these in by hand. Pour into greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.

Bake at 375° for 1 hour or until done.
