Dr. Bird Cake

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (7 oz) package cocnut
  • 1 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple

Sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Add everything else and stir by hand until well mixed. Do not beat, pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.

Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
