Crustless Brownie Pie

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup soft margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients except nuts; beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Stir in nuts. Spread batter evenly in a buttered 9 inch pie pan.

Bake at 325° for 35 to 49 minutes. Pie will puff and full some.

Great served with ice cream.
