Four Layer Delight Cake

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cool Whip® (large)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • Coconut
  • 1 small jar cherries

Layer 1: Mix 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup pecans, 1stick oleo; press into pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Cool.

Layer 2: Eight ounces cream cheese (room temperature), 1 cup Cool Whip (large size), 1 cup powdered sugar. Mix at medium speed and spread on top of cool crust. Sprinkle with coconut.

Layer 3: Prepare one box of pudding mix; spread on laver 2. Prepare pudding mix as directed on package.

Layer 4: Spread rest of Cool Whip on layer 3. Sprinkle with coconut and 1/4 cup nuts. Top with cherries. Must be kept cool.
