- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cup pecans
- 1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell
Combine honey, sugar and eggs. Beat well. Add butter and vanilla; stir in pecans. Pour mixture in the pastry shell.
Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Filling should be firm around edge but soft in center.
Cool before serving.
