Pecan Pie

Sharon Dixson, Central Office

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup white Karo®
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup pecans
  • Pinch of salt

Mix and pour into a 9 inch unbaked pie shell and bake at 375° for about 45 minutes or until firm.

Cool.
