Pecan Pie

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup Karo
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Beat eggs slightly; add sugar, Karo, vanilla, nuts and salt. Beat well after each addition.

Pour into unbaked 9 inch pie shell and bake for 50 minutes or until brown.

For miniature pies, place dough in muffin pan. Fill with mix and bake.
