Pineapple-Coconut Pie

Kathryn Russell, Linville High School

  • 1 cup Karo® syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 can coconut (small)

Beat eggs. Add all other ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shells.

Bake at 350° until firm.

Makes 2 pies.
