Banana Pudding

  • 2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • 2 egg whites, beaten

In a large boiler, mix in sugar, cream of tartar and milk and cook until it begins to get thick. Remove from fire. Slice the bananas then place them in a dish, then put pudding on top of the bananas. Put egg whites on top; put in oven to brown on top.
