- 4 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 cup lemon juice or to taste
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Pour into a 9 inch graham cracker crumb crust. Top with meringue make with the egg whites and bake until a golden brown.
Meringue: Beat 4 egg whites until foaming. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar one at a time. Beat until it peaks.
