- 2 cups water
- 2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Pie crust for 2 crust pie
Bring water to boiling point. Add raisins, cover and cook 5 minutes. Mix sugar and flour and stir into raisins. Lower fire to medium. Cook, stirring all the time, until mixture boils. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Cover with top crust.
Bake at 423°F. (hot oven) for 30 minutes or until browned.
