Blueberry Pie

Carolyn Doster, Spearsville HS

  • 1 1/2 to 2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 1 (9 inch) pie crust (unbaked)

Topping:

  • 1 cup Ritz® crackers, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 3 Tbsp sugar

Place washed and drained berries in bottom of pie crust. Mix other 3 ingredients and pour over berries.

Mix topping well and sprinkle over pie. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
