Coconut Dream Pie

  • 2 envelope Dream Whip whipped topping
  • 2 3/4 cup cold milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 (4 oz) pkg vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 1/3 cup coconut
  • 1 baked 9 inch pie shell

Prepare whipped topping mix with 1 cup cold milk. Add vanilla. Add remaining 1 3/4 cups milk and vanilla pudding mix. Blend; beat at high speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in coconut. Spoon into pie shell. Chill at least 4 hours. Garnish with toasted coconut, if desired.
