Coconut Pie

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp oleo
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • Coconut

Mix cornstarch and sugar. Add milk and egg yolk. Cook. Add oleo and coconut. Pour in pie shell. Top with meringue or whipped cream.
