Sweet Potato Pie

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar or 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup mashed cooked sweet potatoes
  • 3 eggs beaten lightly
  • 1/2 cup white Karo®
  • 1/2 cup sweet milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Spice to taste

Cream butter and sugar. Add all other ingredients and blend with mixer. Pour into unbaked pie crust.

Cook in 350° oven until firm in middle.
