Berry Mallow Yam Bake

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 oats (uncooked)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Parkey® margarine
  • 2 (17 oz) cans yams, drained
  • 2 cup cranberries
  • 1 1/2 cup Kraft marshmallows (miniature)

Combine flour, sugar, oats and cinnamon; cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Lightly toss 1 cup crumb mixture with yams and cranberries; arrange in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs mixture.

Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Broil until lightly browned.

Makes 6 servings.
